Infants

Our infant room is tailored to children ages 6 weeks - 2.5 years old. Each infant is paired with a dedicated primary caregiver, guaranteeing that every child receives the nurturing and attention they rightfully deserve. The journey of continuity of care initiates in the infant room, where teachers work to establish a trusting bond between the infant and their family. Through responsive caregiving, teachers diligently attend to the infants' needs, ensuring a secure and supportive environment. Employing the Teaching Strategies Creative Curriculum, our approach emphasizes routines and meaningful experiences for our older infants.

Toddlers

The toddler room, designed for children ages 2.5 - 3.5 years old, is a realm of exploration and cognitive development, catering to the innate curiosity of children who are eager to learn about the world around them. As children reach the age of two and a half, they transition to the toddler classroom. In this environment, a Teaching Strategies Creative Curriculum tailored to toddlers is employed to support the burgeoning minds of these two-year-olds, fostering language enrichment from baby signs to social interaction.

This space also emphasizes outdoor activities, large-motor play, social-emotional well-being, STEM learning, and meaningful exploration of the world. The room is designed to provide ample opportunities for toddlers to engage in activities that contribute to their holistic development.

Preschool

In the preschool room, children ages 3.5 to 5 are encouraged to intellectually explore and analyze the events and objects in their surroundings. Utilizing their investigations, they propose, plan, and actively participate in various activities. The room employs a Creative Curriculum designed for preschoolers, fostering meaningful extended conversations and discussions among peers and adults.

Emphasis is placed on the development of important skills, such as self-control, collaborative problem-solving, building confidence in overcoming challenges, resilience in the face of setbacks, and effective problem-solving. Teachers in the preschool room concentrate on promoting school readiness, ensuring that children are well-prepared for their next transition.

Before & After Care

Our Before & After Care program enstills the same values in our school-aged children, and provides them with care around the hours of public school. Our program gives them an opportunity to work on school work, have hands on experiences, and relax and play. The staff balances work and play, especially after a long day learning at school.
